Where can I pre-order feed, hay and shavings to save time during check-in?
Through our online portal here. Note feed is only available via pre-order by July 12.
Will my horse be on concrete or dirt?
You will be assigned either indoor or outdoor stalling upon check-in. Some indoor stalls are on compacted arena dirt, while others are on concrete with mats. All outdoor stalling is on dirt, small gravel, or grass. There is no guarantee of location or stall type.
Is there a map of the stalls?
You can find a map of the stalls here. Be on the lookout for map updates and maps with stall numbers.
Are mats provided or do we need to bring/buy our own.
Mats will be provided for all stalls on concreate free of charge. They will not be provided for outdoor or arena dirt stalls. We will not be renting out or selling mats. If you would like a mat please bring your own.
Are shavings provided or do we need to bring/buy our own?
Three bags of shavings will be provided for each stall, this is included in the price of your stall. DO NOT bring your own shavings as this can be a health hazard.
Is hay provided or do we need to bring/buy our own?
Hay and shavings will be available for purchase at the General Store inside Pavilion 2.
Can I have a tack stall?
There will be NO TACK STALLS ALLOWED.
Can I stall my horse off grounds?
Horses will not be allowed to be stalled off grounds for security reasons. If you are using a local rental horse they are not required to stall on grounds, however you must follow all horse check in procedures.
I am bringing a Stud horse; can I stall them next to my mare or gelding?
No. All stud horses will be required to stall in a separate area of the indoor stalling.
Who do I contact if I am dropping out or changing my stalls?
Please contact Melissa Wolf of the NHSRA here, for all inquiries about dropping out or changing stalls.
Will I be stalled with my state/team?
Yes, all states/teams will be stalled in the same area.
Can I stall next to someone specific from another state?
We will do our best to fulfill stalling requests within the same state but we cannot promise to have all stall specifications fulfilled.
What kind of health information do I need?
For all livestock health requirements to enter the state of Nebraska please see the back of your horse identification paperwork.
