2026 Vendor Applications Opens in Winter 2025
TRADE SHOW DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a wide variety of quality trade show vendors with an array of unique merchandise that matches the shoppers we're drawing to the NHSFR Lincoln in July 2026.
NHSFR Lincoln Rodeo & Horse Expo's indoor space will be in air-conditioned buildings between Cinch Town and the NHSRA Rodeo Office/Reined Cow Horse Arena and not far from horse stalling and the three other performance arenas. Ample adjacent outdoor exhibit space and integrated cafes and indoor food vendor court will offer an appealing, organized trade show experience that draws shoppers through to all vendor booths.
There will be more space—both indoor and outdoor—than in recent NHSFRs to allow the desired amount of space for each vendor and to offer a wider array of merchandise to appeal to Western, farm/ranch/acreage and equine interests in addition to rodeo.
We are looking for a large assortment of vendors with quality Western fashion, home décor and personal accessories as well as a wide variety of unique merchandise especially selected for the rodeo & equine enthusiasts and consumers who live or embrace the farm, ranch, acreage lifestyle such as:
• Jewelry & Clothing
• Hats, Belts & Boots
• Metal & Leather Work & Custom Items
• Saddles, Bridles, Bits & Other Tack
• Farm, Ranch and Acreage Equipment
• Art, Furnishings & Other Home Décor
• Food Vendors
We will take limited vendors in each particular category so apply today (and no later than Feb 1) for PRIORITY consideration of your booth application. Applications will be considered by the Lancaster Event Center with NHSRA input on a first come, first served basis along with other considerations (past NHSFR attendance, NHSRA sponsors, quality/variety, reputation etc.).
Key Deadlines:
- Priority Booth Applications - Feb 1, 2026
- Priority Acceptance/Approval - May 15, 2026
- Contract and Final Payment - June 11, 2026
- Final Facility Services Orders to get best price – June 11, 2026
- Final Booth Deadline (with possible late fees) - July 1, 2026
