What are the performance times and are all open to the public?

All performances are open to the public. The first performance is Sunday, July 18 at 7pm, then there are performances each day Juy 19-24 starting at 9am and 7pm.  Individual performance times and arena locations are available here.

What do I need to pay to get in?

Is seating reserved or general admission?

All performances are general admission seating.

If I am an attendee, can I bring my digital camera in?

NHSRA kindly asks that attendees do not bring their digital cameras to the rodeo performances as they tend to only allow media and NHSRA's official on-site photography team to do so.

When is the Rodeo & Horse Expo open?

On Saturday, July 17 the Rodeo & Horse Expo will be open to contestants and their families only due to heavy traffic from contestant check-in and to give them the first opportunity to visit the expo. From Sunday, July 18 to Saturday, July 24 the expo will be open to the public 10am-7pm daily.

Do I need a ticket to the rodeo to shop at the Expo?

No! Come on and join us at the NHSFR Lincoln Rodeo & Horse Expo even if you’re not able to watch the rodeo events.

What kinds of things are for sale at the Expo?

Your fun, rare finds might include items like Western wear and accessories, boots, hats, belt buckles & other metalworks, leather products, horse and livestock products, furniture, home décor, art, and other unique finds.

Due to the pandemic, is this event going to happen?

The event has been 100% confirmed to happen. Local COVID health rules will be confirmed closer to event eg masks, capacity in venues etc. Those updates will be shared here and on our social media. Check back often.

Are there any pandemic related travel restrictions?

In state of Nebraska these are the currently posted requirements that follow CDC guidance—subject to change with no notice.

Can I view the performances from a wheelchair?

Of course! Come on out and you will have excellent front row access to all arenas and ADA parking near doors/gates.
